How We Work.
Initial call / consultation:
Book a discovery call with Luke where he will ask a number of questions and also answer any questions you may have.
Following the initial call:
After your initial discussion, Luke will consider what may be of interest, in terms of the opportunities / employers that line up with your requirements and aspirations. He will then email over relevant ideas with comprehensive detailing for you to review in your own time.
You can then decide whether to progress with the ideas put forward and allow Luke to arrange initial phone calls on your behalf or discuss the ideas further in the following days or simply decline the ideas put forward if none peak your interest.
If at any stage throughout the process, you decide it is not the right time for you to change jobs, we can simply put a pin in it and revisit if and when the timing is better.
