Personal data we collect:
When you register with us (Including contact made via the contact form provided on our website, our email address, telephone or any other forms of communication) as a candidate, potential candidate, client, potential or for networking purposes, in order to assist you in finding workplace opportunities we will process your data via our secure CRM database. Personal information will often be collected including but not limited to your resume, resume details, name, driving license, passport, address (list not exhaustive depending on the details included on the resume received, following a conversation or typical details required for DBS checks).
Where permitted by law and with your permission we may also collect information relating to your health (e.g. disability information for reasonable work adjustment purposes) as well as details of any unspent criminal convictions where required by a client.
We may also obtain candidates or potential candidates’ personal data from third parties, including:
Publicly available sources such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media sites to enhance the information we hold in order to assist us in finding suitable potential roles for you and for our clients.
Clients to whom we have provided your resume/details to and who have engaged with you either as part of a job application or who have given feedback on your resume or interview.
For prospective candidates, we may collect personal data about you, including your name, contact details and professional biographical details obtained from publicly available sources such as LinkedIn, job boards and social media sites, so that we can contact you with employment opportunities that we think you may be interested being made aware of. We may also obtain your personal data through another candidate or an employer who has recommended you as a contact or potential candidate.
With regards to business contacts and suppliers, we collect personal data such as your name, job title, and contact details. We also process personal data in connection with any communications you may have with us including phone calls and emails (including all forms of communication). We also process personal data about you from public domain sources such as LinkedIn and social networking sites.

Who we share your personal data with
We will share your personal data as follows:
Candidates – We share your personal data with Clients who have job vacancies in which you are interested. We will not share your personal data with our client base before obtaining your explicit consent to do so.
Prospective Candidates – We do not share your data until we have engaged with you via a means of communication, and you have given us explicit consent for us to put you forward as a Candidate
Clients – Depending on the situation, we will share your personal details to assist with business dealings, including but not limited to passing on personal information such as contact information for the sake of interviews with our candidates or business dealings.
Suppliers – We may share your details only in connection with regulatory requirements placed upon us and in the ordinary course of business.
How long we hold your Personal Data for:
We retain your personal data for as long as we require to accomplish the purpose for which we collected it in the first place. This may be for an ongoing purpose. To clarify, if you are a candidate or a prospective candidate, we may retain your personal data for a prolonged period as it is, given the nature of our business, our intention to build longer term relationships with candidates/potential candidates in order to support longer term career opportunities that may arise.
We retain some personal data for a longer duration than for others. When deciding on the appropriate period of retention we consider a number of factors such as for the reason for processing your personal data, including any legal, regulatory, accounting and reporting requirements, the type of personal data we are holding, and the potential risk of harm to you from the unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data.
