MRICS L&T Surveyor / Valuer: Hybrid working - Hiring in Essex / East London - up to £85,000 basic.
Hiring in London and Essex (Offices in London and Essex) - Basic salary between £55,000 - £75,000, agency approx. depending on experience, location and personal contacts.
My client is a multi-disciplinary constancy, offering many services including corporate valuation.
Company size of around 25 professionals, with a professional valuation team of 8, they focus on commercial and residential valuation work (50/50), secured lending, L&T valuation and advisory and private valuation work.
Depending on experience and individual agreement, they will ideally require you to work from their head office in Essex 1-2 days per week, especially at the early days of joining the team. As time goes by, they will possibly be open to 1 day in the office per week, or 1 day in the office every other week.
